Download & Open

Search for "Verefa" on the App Store and download the official application. Open the app to begin the setup.

ⓘ Ensure your iOS device is running a version higher than 14.0 for full compatibility. You will need to be connected to a stable network for the initial download.

Start Registration

Tap the 'Get Started' button. By continuing to get started with Verefa you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Please read the Terms of Service carefully. Your biometric, passport, and geo data is encrypted and protected under our strict GDPR compliant policy.

Permissions Setup

The app will request access to your device's camera, location, and notifications. Allow access to precise and permanent location to protect your identity against location fraud.

Account Selection

We offer two initial account types for basic app identity or individual secure identity, which we recommend.

E-Passport Verification

Assuming you select individual secure identity, you will be prompted to supply passport information and scan your e-passport. This prevents identity fraud and multiple accounts.

All passport data is securely encrypted and verified by our secure servers without third party interaction.

Biometric Analysis

You will capture a biometric scan of your face and voice in some instances. This creates your identity and connects your appearance directly to your personal identity.

The addition of further information (phone number and email address) to prevent duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity.

Once your identity is approved, your phone and face become your identity. You can now access digital services by glancing at your phone, and physical venues by looking at a camera.

We take your privacy seriously, that's why your identity is geographically tied to your device. If you find it difficult to authenticate at any time, ensure your phone is connected to the network.
